# Seedrise

> Seedrise is a multi-model AI inference API operated from Sydney, Australia, for Australian and global teams. One OpenAI-compatible API (plus Anthropic Messages) for Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, Grok, Mistral, Seedance, Kling, Veo and Seedream, billed monthly in USD or AUD. Models marked AU can be pinned to Sydney or Melbourne on request. Sales-led: customers request a rate card and receive per-model rates within one business day (AEST). No self-serve signup.

## What Seedrise is

## What Seedrise is not
- Not a model developer: every model is built and published by its provider, and model names are the providers' trademarks
- Not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or any other model provider. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
- Not a self-serve marketplace: there is no public signup or card checkout; accounts are opened after a rate card
- Not a consumer chat app

## Current offer
- Seedrise launch rate: Claude 5.5 at 10% below Anthropic's published list price (global routing): Claude Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5 and Haiku 5.5 at 90% of Anthropic's published API list price for every token type on global routing, for six months from activation. Business accounts; rate card requests by 31 January 2027, 11:59 pm AEDT; accounts opened by 14 February 2027; the first US$10,000 of Claude 5.5 usage per account per month at the launch rate. Prices exclude GST.
- Offer. Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Haiku 5.5 are billed at 90% of Anthropic's published API list price for the same model and token type on the day of use, and never more than 90% of the list price published on the day your account was activated. This covers input, output, 5-minute and 1-hour cache writes and cache reads, including Haiku 5.5's prices for prompts over 100K tokens. If Anthropic lowers its list price, the launch rate falls with it; if Anthropic raises it, the launch rate stays at the activation-day rate.
- Who. Business accounts whose rate card request reaches us between 2 November 2026 and 31 January 2027, 11:59 pm AEDT, and whose account is opened by 14 February 2027. One account per company group.
- How long. Six months from the day your account is activated. We email you at least 30 days before it ends. After that, the standard rates on your rate card apply; your rate card shows both.
- Scope. Standard requests on global routing; requests may be processed in any region where the model is offered. Not included: Australian-region pinning (quoted on your rate card), batch requests, fast and priority tiers, server-side tools billed separately, Claude Fable 5.1 and other models. Some Anthropic API features are not available through Seedrise; see the docs.
- Monthly cap. The launch rate covers the first US$10,000 of Claude 5.5 usage per account per calendar month, measured at the launch rate. Usage above that is billed at the standard rates on your rate card.
- Capacity. If demand exceeds our capacity, we will stop accepting new launch rate requests and post the closing date on this page at least 7 days ahead. Accounts already approved keep the launch rate for their full six months.
- Currency and tax. Rates are set in USD. AUD invoices convert the USD launch rate at the exchange rate on the day of use, with no exchange margin. Rates exclude GST; Australian entities receive a GST tax invoice.
- General. The launch rate is not combined with other discounts. Your rate card and our terms of service apply. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Independence. Seedrise is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
- Requests must reach Seedrise by 31 January 2027 (offer opens 2 November 2026)

- Pricing: rates are quoted per account against each provider's published list price for the same routing. Volume and committed tiers sit below list. Australian-region routing carries the provider's regional premium.
- Billing: monthly invoice in USD or AUD (GST tax invoice for Australian entities) or prepaid credit; no monthly minimum on pay-as-you-go
- Regions: models marked AU can be pinned to Sydney or Melbourne on request; other models use the provider's global, Singapore or United States routing as listed
- Data: prompts and outputs never used for training; the Seedrise gateway stores request metadata only, not content; upstream inference logs can keep request and response content for a period set by the upstream provider; data processing agreement on request
