Acceptable use policy

What you may not do with the Service, and which third-party policies apply to the models you call.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to: generate or distribute child sexual abuse material; create malware or facilitate unauthorised access to systems; plan or carry out violence, terrorism or weapons development; harass, defraud or deceive people, including impersonation and undisclosed synthetic media intended to mislead; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; generate spam or abusive automated traffic; or break any applicable law.

Provider policies flow down

Each model is developed by a third party whose usage policy applies to your use through Seedrise, including policies on high-risk uses, election content and model-specific restrictions. You agree to comply with the usage policy of each model's developer. We will point you to the relevant policy for any model on your rate card.

Sensitive data

Do not send regulated personal health, financial or government identity data unless your agreement with us and the relevant model's terms allow it, and you have the right to do so.

Rate limits and fair use

Respect the rate limits on your keys. Do not attempt to circumvent limits, probe the Service for weaknesses without authorisation, or resell access without a written agreement.

Enforcement

We may suspend a key or an account that breaches this policy, immediately where there is risk to people, the Service or a provider relationship, and otherwise after notice. We will tell you what happened and how to resolve it. Repeated or serious breaches may end the agreement.
